They are fortunate I gave one star. I warn anyone against going to this ma & pa shop in Vassar. I took my wedding rings in to have the prongs fixed for my Christmas present (2019) and was very dissatisfied with the quality of work done. I truly don’t believe they have a qualified jeweler there. The prongs were not fixed and still caught on everything. I went back to let them know. Carol’s response, “they all do that, it’s normal.” It’s then I knew I’d been robbed. Today I went to a reputable jeweler and was told it was very bad work and not done properly. I was not surprised. I’m out $180 by C & S Jeweler, I wouldn’t even call them that. If you are looking for coins, ya coins, go there. That’s mostly what they have. My bad, I should have known better when I walked in and couldn’t handle the smell of the place, literally. So....you have been warned. Take the drive to Saginaw or Bay City....
