I have never had any issues at this taco bell, real sweet people until today. A new employee, an older lady, was just very rude. I only had $15 on my card but I guess something pulled while I was in the drive through and only had $10 left because they told me only that amount went through at the register. I asked if she could take some items off and usually that goes through and on my way. But they told me the total would be $6 which was fine but still needed to charge my card which I was confused? The lady was visably annoyed with my card not going through and waving my card around..... Even though the charge had already went through. They charged my card 3 more times and just gave me a drink and a taco and told me I was all set. But they still owed me $4!? Until I went in and asked what happened, THEN they told me they had refunded the payment and charged my account again but the refund should be back on my card... I wish that was explained through the window. This has never happened to me at any fast food restaurant for them to charge that many times. Poor training. This could have been handled way better. Read moreI went into this taco bell because I was out for a walk enjoying the nice weather and had a craving for a Baja Blast. Immediately on walking in, I see there is someone standing at the cash register fiddling with the cash drawer. I walk up to the counter and immediately get told to use a kiosk. I ask why, and get told that she is in the middle of counting the drawer, and doesn't want to mess it up. Baffled as to why they are counting out their tills at 6:00 in the afternoon, I did use the kiosk.
