Subway — Restaurant in Vassar

Well I never spend time to write reviews, but I felt this was necessary. Incredibly disappointed after a recent visit to pick up a Power Bowl that I ordered online. When I arrived the bowl did not look anything like the picture online and it lacked the guacamole I added. Accordingly, I inquired and the gentleman stated that I must have ordered the wrong thing and that I just couldn’t see the guacamole. He offered no resolution....so a Power Bowl is merely an expensive ($10) salad and mine even lacked lettuce! This store needs to train employees on customer service...I would have been satisfied by simply honoring my request for the guacamole that I paid for...instead I am left hungry, writing a...

Ate there around noon on 5/1/2021. There was a single new kid handling the lunch rush by himself and doing the best he could. Some piece of garbage worker from the gas station side kept coming over and harassing the subway kid to make his lunch. Then someone who I assume was either a manager or another gas station worker came over and harassed the poor kid about leaving bread in the oven too long. These two wastes of air from the Shell station side need to get let go immediately, check the cameras from that date and time and watched...

I normally don't do reviews but this is the third time that I've ordered from this subway and had my order messed up. I pay for double meat on my sandwiches twice in row and do not receive it. When I call about it they tell me to bring my sandwiches back and they will fix them. I live a ways away so returning my food to get the order I originally ordered isn't an option for me. Not do I believe it's fair. For some reason not one subway I have ever been to understands what light sauce means. Which ruins the entire sandwich. Just really...
