I usually like to give 5 stars even if I’m not a 100% satisfied and write my concern in the comment so the owners can see it. At the end of the day they are running a business and I support that. Unless it is something absolutely unsatisfactory.

We rented equipment 2 days ago and everything was good and we had to return them by 9:00 PM, my cousin had an injury at 8:40PM and we tried our best to get the equipment back on time but we couldn’t, we went to the shop it was already closed with no instructions on what to do in a situation like that.. we then looked for where cameras are placed and hid the equipment at the back of the store facing the camera so they can see us.

We were very paranoid thinking it might be stolen or maybe they’ll charge us a lot of money, but that wasn’t the case. I called them the next day in the morning and the lady told me that they brought it inside and we are good . That was a huge relief and i was super satisfied with the service and told them that I’ll be coming again next week too.

Just my opinion here, i think it would be a good idea to have a drop off area or a coded lock to strap the equipment to the rack in emergency cases like this. Some people live very far and are not staying...

I made an appointment online to get a boot fitting with Gary Meyers. The session involved multiple foot and ankle measurements, establishing the fact that I needed a "high volume" boot size.
