I recently had the pleasure of visiting Mountain Dispensary in Vernon, NJ, and I can confidently say it was one of the best experiences I've had at a dispensary! From the moment I walked in, I was greeted with a warm and welcoming atmosphere that instantly put me at ease.

Christine, one of the staff members, was absolutely amazing! Her knowledge and passion for the products were evident, and she took the time to listen to my needs and preferences. If I could give a 0 star review, I would. My partner went to pick up a pre roll for us, and he was treated so incredibly rudely. We live 5 minutes away from the dispensary and he went there at 2:08pm on Sunday 7/27/25 after looking online at a certain product. He went with the cash we had and it would have covered the product we were interested in with the price listed online. The bud tender he encountered was aggressive, talked to both him and myself over the phone as if we are complete morons, and could not be bothered when asking questions that every other dispensary offers answers to like "where is this product grown". She even claimed that we were not looking at the page at the proper time, so I sent a screenshot of the freshly opened page with a timestamp on my phone. This was the most unprofessional experience, and I was on the phone listening to this while my partner encountered it in person. Frequent customer, but decided I will no longer be visiting after my last experience. Was talked down to for visiting thinking something was a certain price reflected on their website and it differed in store. Budtender talked down to me, cutting me off and was rude despite the proof I had. I showed screen shots of the current time and price of their website and they would not honor that price. Then asked where certain other flower was grown and they didn't offer a solution. After I asked them to check the packaging so I can see myself, they refused to let me look at it without purchasing. I had to ask them to check it themselves (wasn't even offered this as a solution) and they couldn't figure out where it was grown. Impersonal and unknowledgeable.
