I can’t believe the nonsense I experienced at this UPS Store. First off, why does Amazon even bother partnering with this place if they can’t get anything right? I went in there expecting Amazon-level service, but it was a disaster from start to finish.
I had a return from Amazon and the lady at the counter tells me I need some special QR code. I showed her the barcode and showed her my order on my phone and she just shook her head. How am I supposed to print a label when I’m in the store? Isn’t that their job?
Then they tell me they can’t take the package without this label. What kind of backwards operation is this? Amazon and UPS should have all my info in their computers! I shouldn’t have to do anything except drop it off.
The employee was unhelpful and rude. And don’t even get me started on the lines. I waited for almost 30 minutes just to be told I needed to go back home and print something. Why can’t they just fix it there? They have computers!
If Amazon is going to partner with a place like this, they should at least train their employees to know their policies. The whole thing is a scam to waste my time and money. I will never, ever go back to this UPS Store. Amazon needs to get their act together and manage their partnerships...
Read moreI typically do not take the time to leave a negative review, but in this case, I feel compelled to share my experience. I am tired of encountering unfriendly service and being treated as if I am an inconvenience, especially when interacting with people in their place of work.
I have visited this UPS Store twice, and while the service was quick on both occasions, my interactions with the staff have been disappointing. On my most recent visit this evening, I walked in and immediately felt unwelcome by the girl working there. I received no initial greeting from her, so I greeted her with a 'hi,' , nor did she respond.
Although the returns I had were processed quickly, the lack of basic manners and courtesy left a negative impression. I thanked her at the end of the transaction, but once again, there was no response.
Customer service is about more than just efficiency; it's about making customers feel valued and respected. Unfortunately, that was not my experience here. I hope this feedback encourages the store to improve its customer service and ensure all customers are treated with the friendliness and respect...
Read moreI normally go to postal connections (you should too) but notice a UPS store had opened and was open an hour later and I wanted to get my UPS package out. I sell online so I send out packages daily. ONE time I drop something off at this location and they lose it! Tracking literally showed it do nothing. Called and was told the same old thing about how tracking it's slow to update sometimes. Well here we are almost a month later and my package is still sitting at the same location obviously lost.
