Gotta dock two stars today -- with only one employee working, I've been compelled to wait behind three other people needing assistance and after an hour of sitting there, I had to leave and tend to other things. Hauled in all my devices and paperwork and peripherals for nothing. I can't keep making wasted trips to get questions answered or billing issues clarified. So, as a Verizon customer since 2008, I know a trip to a Verizon store for services or troubleshooting or new devices can be a dicey thing. Everything depends on the quality and expertise of the manager and employees, and that can vary wildly between locations. I can happily say that this (new) location is a superior example of how a Verizon store should be run. If you've been put off by past experiences at other stores, give this one a try (or the affiliated Mt. Horeb store) and you will not be disappointed. Excellent customer service and efficient processes make this a go-to destination when other stores or other providers let you down. Believe me, I know what it is like to have an emergency with cell phones or internet service and how hard it can be to resolve these. I can't say enough about how responsive and helpful this store has been to me. Will post a similar boost for the Mt....
