Verona Yoga Studio — Local services in Verona

I needed to find a yoga studio in order to improve my osteoporosis. I saw a Groupon, about two years ago, and decided to try classes at Verona Yoga. I felt comfortable from the moment I walked in. I had knew nothing about yoga! The environment was low key, warm, and welcoming. The instructors were helpful, informative, and encouraging. However, I thought I would be a beginner lifer!

Overtime, I have not only shown improvement on my bone density scans, I have improved my balance (although a work in progress) and learned so much. I look forward to being on my mat. This is absolutely due to the instructors at Verona Yoga. Each one gives you the tools to improve your practice, and provides you with ways to continue what you learn on your mat in every day life! Sincerely, they are amazing individuals.

I took my first class at Verona yoga on Friday after trying 3 other studios and never quite feeling comfortable. Within the first 10 minutes of class I knew I had found the place I had been looking for all along. Janine was so attentive to each student and really stressed the importance of good form, correcting us as we needed. The class was the perfect flow to allow for proper learning and confidence building. The class flew by! I had such a great time and by the time I left I felt so wonderful and at peace and already thinking about the next time I could go back. This is definitely the place for me! I can't wait to try out their new infrared hot yoga once I get more...

My daughter and I LOVE Verona Yoga! It truly has been a blessing in our lives. Lisa is incredibly patient and lovely. She welcomed us with open arms with her kindness and warmth. The studio is incredibly peaceful and you can feel the positive energy the minute you walk through the door. The classes are intimate and the instructors are excellent, friendly and supportive.
