I ordered an arrangement the dish garden of green plants with blooming plants and purple flowers for a funeral September 2023.

I asked the size difference in the small $59 and medium $69 basket arrangement. I was assured that the medium size was a good size.

The arrangement was $65 because of a four dollar discount and with free delivery. There was an additional $25 service fee and five dollars of taxes My total ended up being $90. I questioned the $25 service fee. I was told it was to assure the arrangement made it to the funeral home safe and in good condition. Wait What!? I explained that’s what a delivery policy is; making sure the arrangement made its destination in good condition. I had no choice of another option in this town. Because there were no other florists in the area that I could find.

When I arrived at the funeral and seen what I had purchased, I was super disappointed! The arrangement overall may have been 10 inches tall and the basket no more than 6 inches wide. I will never order from this company again, and I will detour any of my family and friends from purchasing from them also. Total...
