This is my favorite area thrift store. Things they're good at: Friendly staff, good prices on clothing, books, and DVD's. Their earnings go to a GREAT cause - helping the poor, and running the nearby homeless shelter that can be seen from their parking lot. Things they're bad at: In clothing, their displayed selection isn't very large lately, despite many donations in storage. Their staff are very hard working, so I think they just need more employees. PRICES of furniture and household items are way too high. Many furniture, appliance, and kitchen items are damaged or broken but still very high- priced - often the same price or higher than retail. As a result, items in this area of the store often sit for months - or even years - and this part of the store is crowded and disorganized. They desperately need to have a nice clearance sale in this part of the store, and freshen it up a bit - and bring down those prices. Many people who shop here are poor, and would benefit from...

So I normally don’t experience someone showing racism to me, but I didn’t even have a chance to take my seatbelt off, or even get out the truck for a lady in a small red car to come out & start recording me & yelling this is private property.
