Victoria College is a great place to get your basics or an associates. It sure beats paying huge tuition fees for similar classes that are much larger in the university setting where you get lost in the crowd. The staff truly wants you to succeed, and most of the classes are well taught and challenging. I am a current graduate student, and some of my most challenging courses were at Victoria College! The resources available include free tutoring for most classes, and you do not have to pay a ridiculous parking pass fee. Read moreThe professors are fine and most of them are more than helpful. However, the staff in the administration are TERRIBLE. Every semester I have been a student they have caused some issue that could have very well been fixed had their staff been trained properly. It takes forever to get a question answered and half the people are unable to answer so they transfer or refer you to someone else. It's garbage. Read moreI'm currently a student here, and I don't really have any complaints. For a community college, there's a solid amount of resources at your disposal. Free tutoring in most subjects (and they serve food!), a food pantry, two cafes and a subway, multiple clubs/organizations, a decent amount of events, and even a weight room in the sports center. There's enough on campus to keep you there after class for a few hours, which is always nice.
