I love the convenience of Heart Rock Cafe and the ability to grab a quick cup of Starbucks coffee while at work for that extra needed boost. The service is top notch. The employees make every coffee purchase an enjoyable experience. They also offer a vast amount of snacks like turkey wraps and fresh fruit along with the usual goodies like blueberry muffins, banana bread, doughnuts, cinnamon rolls, fruit smoothies, etc. They offer free wifi and tables to sit and relax across from large window that's let's in natural light and provides a beautiful view of the landscape. The older lady working Friday morning at the Heart Rock cafe was very rude and not helpful at all! The service was horrible. We waited there for a while for anyone to even notice us. She made a comment under her breath about myself and a friend saying,“How do they not see we are busy!” When we were the only two in line. I don’t even know how that lady still has her job honestly. Hands down some of the best coffee I've had! Super fresh and never burnt tasting. They even use Starbucks coffee beans.
