Screw GameStop. Don't waste your time. If you're only into physical media go to Best buy or other places to purchase your games. Nowadays with everything being digital it makes shops like these obsolete. Last time I was in was to ask a specific question and the employee so I was talking too was rude, disrespectful, and condescending. Staff is not knowledgeable at all about the products and services out in today's gaming market. They push for bogus warranties and services that borderline on scams. Avoid this company all together. In a few years we can hope they just go away altogether. No one wanted to buy GameStop as a company so it only shows where it's going. A very nice, clean and organized and fresh-feeling store! Very friendly and helpful employees who are very experienced and knowledgeable within the video game world...they usually have all the latest edition games, consoles and gaming accessories. You can pretty much find whatever you're looking for pertaining to games and consoles within the store, and if by chance they don't have what you're looking for they can either order it and have it delivered to you, or they can point you in the right direction of where you can acquire it. Customer service is terrible! Every time I go in there to get something for my daughter the gentleman working is very short with his responses or answers and acts like he hates his job. Even my 5 year old said to me "why is that worker always so rude?" That's a problem when a 5 year old girl notices.
