Very friendly and helpful employees who are very experienced and knowledgeable within the video game world...they usually have all the latest edition games, consoles and gaming accessories. You can pretty much find whatever you're looking for pertaining to games and consoles within the store, and if by chance they don't have what you're looking for they can either order it and have it delivered to you, or they can point you in the right direction of where you can acquire it.
