Popeyes Louisiana Kitchen — Restaurant in Vidalia

Worst service ever tonight. You always have to wait on your food, but tonight it took 20 minutes from the time I ordered until I reached the window. There was only one vehicle in front of me. When I reached the window the lady repeated my order and the order she repeated was for the car behind me. Took a minute to explain to her what I ordered and then I paid for my order. The window was closed and the waiting began again. Then the manager on duty opened the window and stated did you order, and then repeated a completely different order from the previous two orders mentioned. The manager then came out with a pen and paper to write down each cars order. She informed each person behind me that the reason they were having to wait was because they had to cook my tenders. About the time she completed writing down all of the orders, the window opened and I was handed my food. I asked how long it took to cook my tenders and I was told 3 minutes. That's right, after waiting behind only 1 car and 40 minutes from the time I placed my order I got my order that supposedly takes 3 minutes to cook. It was upsetting to hear the manager tell the 3 cars behind me that they were having to wait on my tenders. I came to Poppeyes in Vidalia at 9:40pm, no one would answer at order speaker and when I and the 10 other customers came through there was no one in the front. I asked people in a truck that was waiting on their order, they stated they had been waiting 19 to 15 mins and still didn't get their order. I stayed at window, finally someone came to front at 9:50, but the girl refused to wait on me and slammed window in my face. Is this how Poppeyes conducts business. Everyone that was working needs to be fored, especially the manager, even if they weren't here. I This is the worst Popoeyes I have ever had the distinct displeasure doing business with. Customer service is awful: I came to this Popeyes at noon on a Wednesday. I ordered a chicken sandwich meal and waited for my meal, 3 other people came in after me and ordered the exact same thing. All 3 of those people were served first, and I waited around 15 minutes for my order. Not to mention the people who were given their food first were not given their pies, I know this because the guys in the back were talking about it. Needless to say the customer service here is typical of a Popeyes restaurant.
