“Promise date” doesn’t mean anything. They don’t know what a promise is. I’ve been waiting on my bands for 3 weeks. The last time my set came in, it was sent back out because they lost one of my diamonds. But they weren’t willing to share that information with me until I forced them to. These people are shady I hate kays so much. What a pathetic operation they’re running. Still don’t have my rings. Maybe I’ll get them next January. If I’m lucky.

I’m here for an update, they had to send the rings back AGAIN because they didn’t pass inspection AGAIN. Brand new $12k set, and they’re claiming “loose stones” again. I’ve never even worn them I haven’t had a chance to because they’ve been at the jeweler this whole time. They have a SERIOUS quality control issue and I’m suspicious they are not even using real jewelers. I HAD A HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE WITH THEIR MANAGER DIANE… DIANA… Idk know what to call her, rude, over stepped everybody in the store that KNEW what was going on with my ring. She over talked everybody even taking it as far as telling her coworker that knew what was going on to hush and mind her business! She even called her husband to the store to “ make sure, we didnt do anything”. My ring was tarnished, I wasn’t told that rhodium was highly allergenic until after my original ring basically melted the skin off my finger! I went to the Kay Jewelers in Vidalia today to get earring backs for a pair of diamond earrings that were my grandmother's. Dmiya Simmons greeted me as I came in the door and answered all of my questions. Not only did she have the screw on backs that I was looking for she helped me replace a broken necklace for my grandmother's diamond necklace then she cleaned the pieces for me at no extra charge.
