Pizza Hut — Restaurant in Vidalia

I would give negative 100 stars if I could the way we were treated last night 6/24/24 @ 8:31 pm. We placed 2 orders back to back the 2nd order was placed @ 8:31 pm and said it would be ready in 13 minutes. (8:45pm). We sat and watched through the big glass window in the front of the store as 3 employees just sat on/around the counter talking amongst each other and a friend in the lobby. We submitted our order through the app and opted for “contactless delivery” because I just had a total knee replacement Fri 6/14/24, and usually they bring out the order as soon as it’s boxed from the oven (at least in the past the have). But on 6/24/24 they chose to just sit there and be oblivious to their customers. So when my order should have been ready by 8:45 pm and while just watching the employees talking I went inside and saw that my order was already bagged and sitting waiting for pick up. The sad thing “I pre-paid” a tip. And they didn’t even have the decency to bring it out to me when I specifically asked for it to be.

I don’t normally order Pizza Hut that often because it’s so expensive. But I’ll settle for a little less preferred pizza where I’m at least treated like they...

Extremely disappointed! I ordered my 2 pizzas online at 6:06 confirmation said they would be ready by 6:26. I've worked in fast food and I know these times aren't always correct so I always wait and extra 10 to 15 minutes before I even leave my house. At about 7 they finally handed me two pizzas but only one was right the other pizza wasnt what i ordered. I ended up sitting inside pizza hut until 7:55 because one of my pizzas was never even made. They were so behind and at least 8 more people came in after me (all online orders) and none of their food was ready. They handed out the wrong order several times. After calling several times and not getting an answer I still chose to place an online order due to speaking with someone there through social media. I order (2) pizzas and the new Chicken/Bacon melt. Immediately upon opening the box it smelled different but I assumed it was the Parmesan cheese. I broke it and the bottom of it was completely soggy as if to much sauce was applied because I was falling apart in my hands but the top was “well done”. I took a bite and my stomach automatically began to boil. I am sensitive so I had my son try the other side. We were both up all night hugging the toilet and calling the Lord.
