McDonoughs Liquors — Local services in Vidalia

I have gone here numerous times with excellent service. However, on the night that the skinny older man that also works at Sports Center is working, he specifically will not allow me to use change to pay for my drink. He states he doesn’t have time to count change even if no one else is in line behind me or at his counter. He told me I have time to go to the bank just like he does. Actually I work 7-7 shift so that isn’t true. I also asked him how much alcohol was in a drink and he told me doesn’t measure it, he just goes by what he thinks is the right amount. I then asked him for an extra shot and he said, “ Now look, it only comes with “X” amount of shots so you will have to pay extra!”

I said, “That is fine sir, but the last time you told me you just pour what you feel is correct!” I then asked him why he always give me such a hard time and he mumbled and rattled off something smart mouth. He told me I could call the owner which I told him I had and that he had to take my change and he said NO I DON’T! He said the owner can come count your change then.
