If I could give a negative star I would and I rarely say bad things about a restaurant since I have a substantial background in the business. However, we came in having never been there before and stood at the door for several minutes just looking around waiting for some instruction. A young guy behind the bar took notice and told us to sit where we like. We went out on the back porch where only one other table was sat and they were wrapping up. Another table on the inside had walked in right before us and was immediately set at drinks before we even sat down. We sat there for 10 minutes waiting for someone to acknowledge us. The girl who appeared to be the server had come out at least three times to give the table out on the porch with us their check, collect their payment, and return their change or card. So I can't really give a rating on anything else but that because we got up and left after the third time that she walked out there and did not even bother...

The food we got was decent, but we didn’t get half of what we ordered. The beer my husband ordered was out, no biggie. (Beers are $8 BTW.) They didn’t have lemon for my water, again no biggie. My son wanted Mac & Cheese; they were out. We ordered the Seafood Platter. When the food arrived, the waitress informed us they were out of the stuffed shrimp so we would get a discount. We got one stuffed shrimp. There were also no fried oysters. I told her we were missing the cup of gumbo that came with the meal. We never received it. They also didn’t have tartar sauce for the fish! When the ticket came, they took $6 off the $32 platter. My husband reminded her that we didn’t get half of our meal. We still ended up paying $60 for two adults and one kid for mediocre food and horrible...

We came in on Friday for lunch. They were not busy at all. Maybe about 5 tables seated. We ordered and I ordered the Roast beef Poboy. My friends ordered boiled shrimp and cup of gumbo. They received their order pretty quick. 50 minutes after I had ordered and had already asked the waitress about my order two separate times, I finally approached the nice little waitress and asked her to cancel the order. Everyone I was with had finished eating and we were getting ready to leave. Before we left, an hour after we had arrived she brought me the poboy, free of charge, but the damage was done. It was not the waitress’s fault, and I told her so. But this experience will definitely have an effect on my future dining decisions with...
