I received a call from my son last Saturday telling me that his 2009 Acura RDX had broken down at the Bealls in VIDALIA. My son is a student attending Brewton Parker College in Mount Vernon. His mother and I live in Bryan county, over a hour and a half away. Our son was able to drive his Acura to the O’reillys in VIDALIA a few miles away. This is where we met him to help with the repairs. Christopher at the O’REILLYS VIDALIA was able to pinpoint the alternator as the cause of the problem. Christopher had the replacement alternator delivered on Sunday. I was at my wits end after installing the alternator and trying to get the serpentine belt back on the Acura in O’reillys parking lot. We were about have it towed next door to EJ’s Automotive to have the repairs completed. I went inside the store and spoke with Christopher about EJ’s Automotive. While I was in the bathroom, Christopher finished installing the serpentine belt. Christopher was a Godsend who went above and beyond to help get our son back on the road. Christopher is the kind of employee that any business would benefit from hiring. He possesses a honed set of customer service skills and empathy for the customer that is second to none. Not only did he help us, my wife and I witnessed Christopher helping many people throughout the day. He could be seen changing batteries, wiper blades and scanning vehicles, non stop all afternoon. Terrible location, 4 employees, 2 of 'em sitting around worried about getting off in an hour and 15 minutes. Very unknowledgeable, I was unable to load my account, causing me to leave without buying any parts. I was told I had to fill out paperwork for them to load the account. That's been active for years and I use in 5 different states. Another gentleman come in said that he had paid for parts. The computer showed that it had not the young lady said, that's fine.Just...

Went to get wipers and was told by employee she could not put them on and other employee was in bathroom and would be in there for 30 minutes and did not like to be disturbed. This was either a lie and terrible customer service. Will not be going...
