What a great little shop. Popcorn, hot glazed nuts, Dippin dots...something for everyone. The lady was so kind and offered samples of so many flavors. They were all absolutely poppin with flavor. They all had an amazing freshness to them. With all the flavors we tried we never got a piece that tasted even close to being stale. I stumbled across this place because I was having dinner in the plaza and could smell the popcorn. However, this place would have so much foot traffic in a place like the avenues or hammock landing, this place would be so much more widely known. Because it really is a great concept and so nice to have something other than cupcakes or cookies- not that there's anything wrong with those. Prices for specialty items are always gonna cost ya. So yes, its a tad pricey for popcorn but your gonna pay that for any type of treat. They also make smaller sizes for parties with their label on it. Cute party favor. I LOVE THIS PLACE AND THIS FAMILY! I am a Kansas girl and popcorn is as important as the Chiefs and the Royals!

Every year I send popcorn to friends and family from KC, although I left KC 30 years ago. I have not been able to find the flavor of my childhood popcorn until the taste of Suntree!

I met this little family and the family patriarch, Grandpa, serving samples at the event. The popcorn was excellent! It was so fresh and light and not filled with kernels and shells with every bite.

I might have gone through the line twice :) I promised I would be back to ship my popcorn for Christmas, and yesterday, I did. I even got myself some too!

The owner was just lovely and patient. I sampled everything from cheddar to Christmas mix and more.

I can't say enough great things about this small, family-owned business with a HUGE heart. It IS my favorite popcorn store, now.

Please visit this local business! I absolutely love 321 Popcorn. The owners are always so personable, friendly, and are just genuinely good people. You are able to try any flavor you want before you buy, and it always feels like a personal popcorn tasting party! They never make you feel guilty for trying too many, never make you feel rushed at all, and always have great recommendations for mixing flavors too. I've been several times, and each time is memorable and fun. They really do go above and beyond with each customer.
