Came in yesterday during the last hour, it was a little dead. So I got 2 drinks. The new iced lavender matcha and white mocha lavender latte (made just like a small coffee shoppe down south!) and, I wish I remembered her name, but she made both to perfection. Went and ordered a Venti lavender matcha today from a different location and I think they missed the lavender foam, even though there wasn't a rush. I, even thought it went to the bottom, and tried a straw, but couldn't taste it. Was omw to Viera and this location kindly remade it for me. I wasn't sure if they were able to, but he was so nice about it. I said I can wait, because it was a huge rush and he said 'you're just as important as everyone else.' Talk about melting my heart! He remade it and, oh my, it was perfect. I left feeling uplifted. He turned my disappointment into comfort. But Everytime I go they don’t get my order right (different orders each time) weather it’s through the app or ordering in person. When I went today while ordering I was cut off mid sentence and so I repeated my drink order (venti Vanilla Sweet Cream cold brew with 2 pumps cinnamon dolce and Carmel drizzle) they just said okay pull up. When I got my drink it was just a Vanilla cold brew, with none of what I ordered. Then finally the girl who is 4 feet from me goes "oh are you waiting on something? " like no I'm standing here cause my doctor says to? Really?
