We signed up for the yearly maintenance which apparently doesn’t cover anything. They installed a new video system 18 months ago. The system failed and they told us we needed to buy another system despite the old one being under warranty. Three thousand dollars later we got a new system and it failed after 3 weeks. Greg told us the cables were bad and we needed to dig up the entire lawn and put in new cables. When we hired our own IT guy he said the lines were functioning perfectly. Moreover when I called the manufacturer of the gate box he couldn’t believe we were charged for a new box. We could have sent in the old box and saved 1500 dollars. They also said the box was installed incorrectly. When I asked Greg to help us get a new third box he told us to find a new gate company. Amazing how they collect a $1100 annual fee and the minute they have to provide any service they run. I’ve never experienced anything like this.
