New Great Wall — Restaurant in Village/Town of Mount Kisco

Tucked conveniently near the corner of St. Marks Pl and Main Street, this spot is a go-to for anyone craving classic Chinese-American fare in the area.

I went with some staples: the General Tso’s Chicken, vegetable Fried Rice, and Egg Rolls.

The General Tso’s was a highlight—crisp on the outside, tender inside, with that signature sweet-spicy sauce that hits just right.

It wasn’t overly greasy, which I appreciated. The Fried Rice was packed with flavor. And again was not greasy. The Egg Rolls were golden and crunchy, with a filling that was savory without being too heavy, making them a great starter.

Service-wise, ordering over the phone was a breeze, and the delivery was quick—ready in about 20 -30 minutes on a busy Saturday night.

The staff were polite and efficient, handing over a neatly packed bag with everything I needed, including sauces and chopsticks. Everything arrived hot and fresh, even though I’m just a short drive away.

New Great Wall isn’t reinventing the wheel, but it delivers reliable, tasty full of flavor Chinese food that satisfies a craving.

To me its the best in town and it’s a solid choice—nothing fancy, just good food done...

Most disgusting chinese food that I have ever tasted in my life!!! I waited about an hour for it to be delivered. The portion was incredibly small for the price and they forgot my extra sauce on the side which i paid extra for! Honestly the sauce tasted horrible anways I wish I could get my money back. The food smelled really bad I tried to eat it because I have been starving all day but it tasted so badly that couldn't force myself to eat it. I'm not even hungry anymore it made me so disgusted that I lost my appetite and now I'm afriad that I will get sick from the little that I did eat. I ordered the same thing but at the Great Wall at 9 S Moger Ave in Mt.Kisco and it tasted a million times better so I will stick with that place instead of this one I will never order from them again. BEWARE. Ordered from this restaurant over the weekend and found a bug in the white rice that looked like some sort of worm. I called the restaurant shortly after I had picked up my food but they were closed for the evening. I called back the next day and the man working told me that I would have to speak to whoever was working the night before. No apology or offer to replace the rice was provided. I received a call back from another employee who asked what happened. When I explained I found a bug in my food, no apology or offer to replace the rice was provided.
