Worst experience I've ever had in a bridal store. First time going to them because my town does not carry the brand of bridesmaid dresses that my friend wants us to wear. My husband came so that he could watch our son and take pictures of the bridesmaid dresses that I had to try on so that I could send it to my friend and to also get his opinion on which one he liked. Once we arrived, I was told that my husband and son (who is 16 months old) were not allowed to come upstairs with me, which I was shocked but understood because I figured that the lady assigned to me would be able to help with taking the pictures. I was wrong...once I got to the bridal/bridesmaid section, the lady helped find two of the 6 styles I wanted and helped me try them on. (note, I had to wait on her to come back after trying on the first two dresses) After that, when i was trying on the 3rd style, I came out and she was gone. There were only two other associates there and they were helping their own appointments. I ended up clipping my own dresses in the back, and taking my own headless pictures of them. After trying on 4 dresses I decided I was done because I felt extremely uncomfortable since I had no one there helping me. After coming downstairs, my husband was no where to be found because he was outside at our car attending to our son who fell down inside the store and busted his mouth. Over all experience was not good. It would be different if the lady would have introduced me to someone that would be helping me. Also, I was frustrated because I called and made an appointment, so there was no excuse for them to not be able to help me. It was really disappointing since we had to travel an hour to get there. Looks like I will be going to a different bridal store to get fitted and order the dress. I would never consider giving this place my business again and wouldn't recommend...

Went with a friend to try different styles of dresses since she had lost a lot of weight and didn't know what would look good on her. She wanted a black wedding dress. We knew they wouldn't have one but she told them what she wanted eventually or even an awesome black prom dress. We were met with resistance right away by an employee who nastily told us they don't have black wedding dresses but we could look upstairs. So we did. And met another employee. My friend told her she was looking for different styles to try on with her new, and killer, body. The lady clapped her hands and talked slowly like we were dense because she couldn't get over the fact my friend was looking for a black dress. She said prom dresses are seasonal, which we get, and they wouldn't have what she was looking for. Seeing my friends face, I interjected and told her we just wanted to try different styles like a-line or trumpet and she just wanted to see what looked best on her to give her a better idea of what she would be looking for. The lady AGAIN slow clapped and talked like we were idiots and told us the dresses were seasonal. 🤷🏼‍♀️ she didn't understand we just wanted to see styles. She didn't ask about coverage, sleeves, size etc. She seemed to just want to make us feel small and stupid. So my friend said alright. We will go somewhere else and the lady LAUGHED ! I told her I had experienced similar reactions when I had been there dress shopping and we would just go elsewhere and I wished her a good day all while being calm as can be! Not helpful! Not a place I'd spend my money! Go out of town if you're looking for formals or make sure you're dressed like you have money. She could have plopped down a wedding dress payment in full today but will be taking that money somewhere where they don't talk to you like a child. Do...

Right from the start, Karim made everything about my experience amazing. She was cognizant of my budget as well as my wants. She was attentive and intuitive. She provided wonderful feedback to any questions I had and truly made me feel that I was being heard.
