Purchased my entire kitchen appliances from them. Double oven, dishwasher, range hood, refrigerator, stove top, microwave. Started when they delivered…. Left all appliances in garage including refrigerator…. Had to call back to get them to at least put in refrigerator. Of course the carpenter done the rest…. When we got fridge it was badly dented on inside. When I called about it the son that owns the business said, oh they all come in like that!! Would not even come and look at it. Had a terrible experience with the receptionist there when tried to call about them at least taking fridge in house. She got rude with me and told the son I was loud with her? Which I wasn’t and the son called and chewed me out over it!! Bought the appliances in November/December 2022 and thought they were still under warranty. Called that same receptionist and explained that the strip had come off the dishwasher and wondered about it. She never checked out if I had warranty still and sent repairmen over! He walked in and said oh we have this problem all the time and to correct that strip have to buy the entire board for over $350 plus labor. Or try and glue it? Well he left and I got a $65 service call for a problem they have all the time the receptionist could have told me. There are more details but bottom line is - go somewhere else!! My experience was and is horrible!! I know appliances are not made like they used to be…. BUT customer service must be not like it used to be either!! We went in on Thursday July 25th 2025 ,and bought a Whirlpool washer and dryer set..Then proceeded to discuss delivery options with the woman taking our payment.. She said that they were short staffed, so they couldn't deliver that day (All while a delivery driver hung on the counter cutting up )and that Friday Delivery full too.. (please note..Delivery was for right across the street) She informed us it would be next week possibly Monday or Tuesday, I said I wouldn't be available Monday and Tuesday we could be there to accept the delivery of our washer and dryer.. She told us to call Monday and she would know more on a time for delivery for Tuesday.. We'll we called Today!! and she COMPLETELY DENIED TELLING US THAT! She said it would be 2 weeks on delivery across the street, on an IN STOCK washer and dryer (that could literally be put on a dolly and walked over to our Apartment complex) I said we would just come and get it ourselves.. Then asked for the manager, This unprofessional woman hung up.. I called back and talked to Mark who told us we could just come get our refund.. Oh I got my refund!!!, and A New washer and dryer from LOWES in Vincennes and SET UP FOR DELIVERY TOMORROW Tuesday July 29th.. RCS customer service Sucks and they are rude, and unprofessional LIARS.. My wife was told last week in your store that delivery would be this Tuesday and was calling to confirm the time. She was then told two weeks for delivery by the same person who said Tuesday? When trying to figure out how the date was extended to two weeks out of frustration said we would just pick it up. She then asked to speak to the Manager and your associate hung up on her? When she called back Mark answered the phone and said it was an accident? As soon as my wife started talking about being mis lead about delivery time he said you can't pick it up just come get your refund? In my opinion, any Mom and Pop store that can't deliver a $1200 dollar purchase directly across the street from their business needs only thank themselves when they hang going out of business signs on the face of the building especially when the break down in sales was self inflicted. Lowes is the real winner at the end of the day and will deliver tomorrow as promised, next week, next year. They deliver on speed, price and customer service. The things that keep the doors open.
