Pros: When you first walk in , it's an explosion of bright colors and candy everywhere. Like an antique store , but candy , so young kiddos that like to grab , probably not a good idea to have walk around. They have a good selection of flavors. When we ordered a sundae, they certainly give you a lot and plenty of toppings, so consider sharing. The place seems clean and in a nice plaza next door to a restaurant and cafe. The staff seemed polite. They do seem to have a few none dairy options as well.
Cons: We went during a " pay it forward event" which was nice they do that , but they were not prepared for this . They were out of fudge and other ice creams and toppings. Even though their store is bigger than before, it was very crowded and uncomfortable standing in line waiting for your order. The flavor menu on the wall is on the other side of the line where you pay , so not easy to see from the front . Probably should move that . They only had enough room for 4 tiny tables and none outside. Prices are pretty high. $10 for a sundae and I found a candy peanut butter cup for $7 . I get a mixed message from their products. On one hand they have Easter candy that says nice things , but on the other they have candy in the discount basket saying crood things.
Over all I wasn't crazy about my first and probably last visit . With so many other ice cream shops near by , I wouldn't go out of my way to come here. Nothing against them and wish them well as a small business owner.
I'm Beef and that's where I was at.

Read moreComplete waste of money and time. We drove way out of our way because of some hyped-up post about their milkshakes. Paid over $20 for what was basically a cup of watered-down milk with a little peanut butter flavor. Barely any ice cream, no real effort. By the time we took a sip, we were ten miles down the road and stuck with it. I’m honestly furious I wasted the gas, the money, and even left a tip. Absolutely not worth it.
Update after owner response: It’s pretty telling that instead of taking responsibility, the owner decided to get defensive and accuse me of “ranting.” I bought the milkshake while in a rush and didn’t have time to turn around after realizing it was basically just milk with a little flavor—hardly worth the $20+ I spent. It’s not my job to do quality control on your product before leaving. A real apology would’ve gone a lot further than sarcasm and finger-pointing. I took the time to share honest feedback. The dismissive response just confirmed I won’t be back.
P.S. After leaving over 500 reviews, this is one of the only truly negative ones I’ve ever posted. That should tell...
Read moreBeware of spoiled dog treatsVisited on 8/4 and picked up some ice cream and a bagel dog treat for my pup. By the time I got home (about an hour away), the treat was completely rock solid and had visible mold on it. I called the shop to explain what happened, and the person I spoke with didn’t seem too concerned. His response was, “Sorry that happened to you. What were you looking for?” After I explained that we live an hour away and were concerned about the quality, and we explained how we were upset because we weren’t just able to drive back for a exchange because we lived far he said, “Oh well… I would offer a refund but like you said you live far away.”No real apology, no offer or exchange or to make it right not even a simple “come by next time your in the area and we’ll give you a coupon to make it right.” Really disappointing customer service, $5.60 right...
