Ongoing Harassment by Employee named TORI.

I’m writing this to bring serious attention to repeated incidents involving an employee named Tori at our local Wawa.

Several weeks ago, Tori falsely accused me of stealing two sour cream pockets. She came outside the store and confronted me, stating I hadn’t paid. I had in fact paid at the self-checkout, though I didn’t take a receipt—which I normally don’t. When I returned to the store to explain and identify the register I used, she refused to look up the transaction or consider that I may have paid.

I chose to let that incident go—everyone can make a mistake, and I’m not someone who looks to get anyone in trouble.

However, two days ago, Tori did the exact same thing—this time to my wife and child. She accused my wife of not paying for items, loudly and in front of other customers. Again, my wife used self-checkout and didn’t get a receipt. This public accusation was deeply embarrassing and inappropriate.

This is no longer a mistake—it’s a pattern, and it’s beginning to feel like targeted harassment toward my family. We are frequent customers at this location and have likely spent thousands of dollars here over the years. We do not deserve to be treated with suspicion and disrespect by the same employee on multiple occasions.

I have reached out to Wawa corporate and am currently awaiting a call from management to address this issue. I expect a serious conversation and resolution regarding this matter.

Wawa is a great place to eat late at night, early in the morning, or just for lunch. I always stop at Wawa whenever I'm hungry. I also stopped at Wawa for gas. The employees are always nice to me, and my food is always good. My favorite food item on the menu is an Italian sub with lettuce, tomatoes, onions, and sweet peppers. They have had specials on beverages if you buy a second beverage. I'm happy Wawa is all over the place and they have started to branch out to different states. I have a Wawa rewards card and it offers free items depending on the amount of reward points you have. These are some of the food items from Wawa.

Went to get gas on 1/15/2025 after 4 pm. The attendant who has a Frenchie came to acknowledge mine. Goes to the passenger side to say hello. After filling up and paying cash , I didn't request a receipt. Two days later car was sitting my "FUEL CAP" alarm alerts me while driving. I stop and check my tank. Fuel cap missing. Stopped at Honda dealer to buy a new cap... $41.36. they inform me that Wawa will reimburse me. Go to the manger "Michael" show him my receipt for the cap. Gave him the time, he looks at my vehicle and told him what pump I was at and who the attendant was. Tells me he can't find my vehicle??? Now either he didn't bother or doesn't want this to go against him? Called Corporate Office and waiting on them. Customer service is the worst....
