Stay away... far... far... away. Furniture is overpriced and horrible quality. I spent close to $1200 for a queen sized platform bed. About 2 weeks after purchase, I started to hear a cracking noise from under the mattress every time my husband or I moved on it. Come to find out, the wooden bows (legs) holding the bed up had split down the middle. My husband and I are not huge people, either.. so it was a surprise to us.

I called them and told them about the problem, only to be confronted with a huge, and very off-putting attitude from the female co-owner (an old man owns the business.. I think it was his daughter). Of course, we were blamed for not putting the bed together correctly, and she said they would only replace it 1 time and that she would send her people over to put it together.

So, the guys from the store delivered the bed and put it together. I watched them put it together.. so it was done correctly. But then a few days later it began to do the same exact thing. This time breaking/splitting in multiple places. My father attempted everything he could think of to make this bed stay together. The frame would not stay connected to the headboard.. and the feet split once again, with the remaining frame falling apart piece by piece. All I have left now is the beautiful headboard. :( Unfortunately this furniture is not quality. I was made to believe the bed was made of wood (this was my first big furniture purchase BTW).. but with further inspection by my father.. he quickly realized it was made of faux wood (composite?).

Bad quality, high prices, and horrible customer service. Please take my advice.. there are way better furniture outlets in Vineland and the surrounding areas (like Walmart!) Don't even attempt to think that their 30 day guarantee will help you out, either. They will fight you tooth and nail on it. Just save yourself the headache and the money by going to a reputable...

Purchased, two chairs on 2/3, and after 2 weeks of not hearing anything I called and asked can you please give me an ETA on my chairs and was told IDK you have to ask the owner or we can give you a refund if you want. I don't want a refund, I called again 2 days later and spoke to your sales person he stated the chairs were on back ordered, and I should talk to the owner. I called again a week later got the owner he stated the chair were on back order and he didn't know when they would be in stock again, he offered me a refund I told him if I wanted a refund I would have never bought them I really want me chairs I'll wait, he stated don't worry I'll take care of you, I'll deliver the chairs when they come in, Perfect! I was happy praying they would be in before Easter. So Today I get a call, from a women that says your chairs are in, when are you picking them up? I said the owner said he would deliver the chairs for it taking so long, Can you please talk to the owner, at this point she became nasty, said no, you want them you can pay 50$ delivery. Then got the owner on the phone he said the same thing! COMPLETLY changed everything he said and that I got the chairs at cost. that's the price for one chair and if I wanted my chairs delivered its 50$. I never write reviews but I am so pissed I need to, If I didn't want the chairs I would most definitely get a refund now. We just moved to the area and have a house to furnish and I would NEVER go there again. Our Sales men Eddie was so nice, but everything else was horrible. They get you to buy and don't want to deliver! Very upset and disappointed. Poor business man who can’t stand...

Me and my man will never ever get anything from here again. Eddie was fine at first but then he start with an attitude. We was looking into bunk beds with the owner at first started making lay away payment so a few months later we did finance. Without our permission Eddie didn’t even ask about which futon bunk bed we wanted so he went and ordered one without asking us first I told him queen futon it is a full futon first of all. 2nd of all he didn’t seem to attempt to find a purple or blue or gray silver would of been acceptable. Black is fine but don’t be ordering one without us seeing if that is the design we wanted. 2 is was brought to us scratched up and pieces coming off of it and it also creeks in the middle so me and my man can’t lay on it together so we are paying double of the price with financing for what a futon bunk bed that seems like it is used and used hard. They really need to get their acts together I prefer Ashley’s and or Raymor and Flannigan over this ghetto place and really is ghetto same with Eddie how would he like it if we worked at a furniture store and did that to him hopefully he answers that question.
