So sick of this Wawa. Most of the employees, who are young kids, are constantly standing around talking, they are ALWAYS on their phones, and especially at the register. I go there tonight and get a pork roll n cheese bagel and come back home. First I couldn’t open it because the paper was burnt/stuck to it. The bagel was like a hockey puck and the cheese was completely burnt. I take it apart and the pork roll is discolored!! 🤢🤬🤬. Like it’s actually bad. I’m so sick of this Wawa. Guess I’ll have to drive out of my way from now on. Get better employees.

I love this wawa. The employees are friendly. I love the way wawa looks. They have the best deals here. Their new 2 sizzlee deal for $3 and some change is the best. Filling, cheap and Tasty! Ordering food here always get to you fast. This is a great place to go to to grab a good quick breakfast or lunch. I'd recommend it to anyone.

Stop at a different Wawa. Seriously.

Even if it takes you 5-10 extra minutes to drive elsewhere, it will be worth it. In fact, it'll probably save you time.

I have tried this particular location multiple times over the past couple years, and every time I have a different issue with the staff, service, and quality of the orders filled and tell myself, 'never again'. This time I mean it. This particular location always seems to be dirty with pieces of trash all over the floor and counters. And staff seem too preoccupied with visiting with friends or playing on their phones to do their jobs and if you do have to interact with them there seems to be about a 50/50 chance that they're going to just decide to be rude for no reason at all.

This particular visit I ordered just an Iced Salted Caramel Macchiato. 15 minutes later I was joined in the waiting line by another customer who asked how long I had been waiting. I told her, and she informed me she had been waiting 20 minutes for a hoagie. I asked what her number was and was able to see over the counter that her order was sitting out of her view, ready - the number easily visible. I informed her, and she called the attention of one of the employees who handed it to her. I asked him about my order, having just seen a finished order not being handed out, and he was confused because he couldn't find the order on the screen or the counter. Eventually, he found it, half made, sitting on a counter by itself while the girl making drinks was at a completely different spot working on other orders that had just been placed. He had to ask her what he needed to do to finish the drink and promptly did so (to his credit) and apologized for the wait. I had already spent more time than I intended so I wasn't about to complain and ask for it to be remade, but the drink was completely wrong. 3/4 full of ice, not layered, and no caramel. Basically, I got a watered down, plain iced coffee.

The most recent visit previous to today's was perhaps worse. It's been a while and I don't remember the exact prices, but I do remember the incident. It was early morning, and like most of the others in the store, I was grabbing something quick before heading off to start my day. While there I decided to grab a couple of protein bars for later in the day when I saw a big display noting that they were two for a specific price, I believe close to 5 dollars. There were three different flavors of the bars in the display, so I took two different flavors. Waited in the busy line for 10 minutes and the items were rung up. The price I was told was nearly double what they should have been, something like 8.90. When I politely told the cashier that the bars were supposed to be two for a specific price and pointed at the display I was met with an attitude, a scoff complete with rolled eyes and told that they were different items. I told her they both came from the same display case, and she told me it didn't matter, and repeated the price. I wasn't about to anger and frustrate the half dozen people behind me waiting to start their day over a couple dollars by continuing to dispute it, but I decided that was sufficient enough reason to make sure I went to a different location in the future - my normal one that I never have any issues with the staff, service, or cleanliness on the corner of Main and Landis.

Today, against my better judgement I decided to try this location again to save a few minutes on a busy morning since it was on my way. The watered down coffee was my reward for giving them...

Title: Disheartening Experience at Wawa: Toxic Management Prevails

Rating: 1/5 Stars

As a regular patron of Wawa (Seriously I come EVERYDAY), I can no longer overlook the toxic environment that pervades this establishment. What was once a beacon of convenience and friendly service has devolved into a breeding ground for discontent and mistreatment under the guise of management.

My visits to Wawa have revealed a troubling pattern of behavior among the management staff. It's disheartening to overhear conversations laden with toxicity, where employees' struggles are laughed off and dismissed. Despite being a loyal customer, I cannot turn a blind eye to the blatant disregard for the well-being of the very individuals who keep the store running smoothly.

One of the most distressing aspects is the arbitrary cutting of employees' hours, coupled with management's callous indifference towards their plight. I've witnessed firsthand the gradual transformation of friendly faces into masks of sadness as they're forced to shoulder the burden of multiple roles without adequate compensation or recognition.

Moreover, it's appalling to learn that employees are routinely denied their rightful lunches and breaks, while management shamelessly indulges in extended breaks at the expense of their subordinates. This blatant abuse of power not only undermines morale but also speaks volumes about the company's lack of respect for its employees' basic rights.

It's abundantly clear that Wawa's management prioritizes its own interests over the well-being of its workforce. The pervasive culture of exploitation and neglect is a stain on the company's reputation and a disservice to both employees and customers alike.

In conclusion, I can no longer in good conscience recommend Wawa to anyone until meaningful steps are taken to address these systemic issues. It's high time for management to reassess their priorities and foster a workplace environment built on respect, fairness, and compassion. Until then, I'll be taking my business elsewhere.

Also, I literally watched Deli workers who make food, be told by their management to clean the bathrooms. What kind of food establishment makes their cooks clean the bathrooms? Nasty. The lady manager Yessica, would never be caught dead cleaning a bathroom, (An employee told me she makes them do the dirty tasks she'd never do), but would cover the cook (The only other "Available" Sandwitch maker, so they could clean the restroom and come back. Other insane jobs these employees are requested to do is clean 10+foot vents in the sky with a huge pole, Overtop the customers. This is both unsanitary and safe, but management would never be caught dead doing so for their employees.

Also, what is it with fuel establishment doing half their shifts outside, and then told to come inside. The same person who pumped by gas for me came inside and made my sandwich after my phone call was down. Insane!

It's like Wawa thinks they can do anything they want with the labour cuts, the toxic management, and their food quality which has gone downhill. When they first started cutting months ago, the store was constantly getting dirty and disgusting, due to people having to do MORE jobs for LESS pay. I feel horrible for the poor employees who have to do so much and carry the store, while managers sit in the office when you request them, and put their feet up shamelessly.

Thank you, I will go to Malaga Wawa instead now. At least there is good...

This is by far the absolute worst Wawa

in the area. So then he put the whip cream on every time I go in here, they get m to correct it, I get looked at like I'm being a burden. For incense tonight, I ordered an iced caramel latte, and when I was called over to the counter, there was a drink sitting there that had whipped cream, but no caramel on it, and I had just walked by a guy that had a drink with whip cream and caramel so I say to the person,"Is this my latte? I ordered an Iced caramel latte" And she gave me a dirty look. I said to her I ordered her caramel and I just wanted to make sure that this was caramel and somebody else didn't take my drink and she said well what do you think is wrong with this one? I said well normally it has caramel on the top and she said oh, so you want caramel then And I just kind of tilted my head at her and she grabbed the drink and went to the back and whispered something to her coworker, and then they proceeded to put the caramel on there, but as she whipped around to the other counter, my drink sloshed on the floor,, And she just looked down at it, and said whoops, and then put the lid on it and gave it back to me and said here you go there's your caramel latte all exaggerated with The word caramel. I got this same drink one other time and I don't know what the guy was doing but I had ordered it with an extra shot of espresso so he had mixed the whole mixture together or whatever, and then I watched him pour it into my cup, but there was still some of the mixture left because there wasn't enough room in my cup. So he proceeds to just leave it in the container, and when he put whipped cream on and caramel, and then he attempts to put the lid on, well, he put too much whipped cream on so then he goes to the sink, and he dumps out a portion of my drink puts more ice in and jumps in the rest of the mixture. . he then puts whipped cream and caramel on and the lid and hand it to me and I just give him the dirtiest look, and you would think that he would kind of look at me like he got caught doing something wrong, but now there was no shame on his face. It was just like something he's done 1000 times. This scenario actually happened before the first scenario I told you about so I'm sure that it is something he's done 1000 times because it was the same guy doing my drink tonight. This place needs new employees new barista if that's what you wanna call them or a new manager...
