I made an online order, got to the store, the staff was standing around talking. I waited at the counter while they decided out loud who was going to deal with me. Got my order, went to the car, checked it and was missing an item. Went back inside to get it and the girl who was up front told me they were out (No mention of this as I picked the order up). I commented that I had already paid for the item, could I at least get something of the same value please. She got an attitude with me and very condescendingly told me to tell the person who ordered it to call and get a refund. I tried to explain that I was the one who ordered it and she interupted me to once again repeated herself with an attitude. At this point the manager (I'm assuming) jumped in, told her to stop, and asked me if the order was for me or someone else. I said me and he asked if I would take another item instead. I said yes and then had to wait for them to cook the item. By the time it was done my fries and burger were cold. I did end up getting 2 items to replace the 1 they were out of but idk it just wasnt pleasant. Probably wont be going here again. Read moreAfter reading in the local news that the local burger king owner is claiming bankruptcy ... We decided to try out this burger king. BIG MISTAKE ! The 15 minutes we waited to place our order with only 3 people in front of us was a bad sign right off the bat. Adter placing our order we went to the soda area.... OMG it was nasty. Then we went to fimd a table to get our little guy settled in and there was not 1 clean table in the whole place. Again NASTY. My wife and another patron actually had to wipe tables and seats. The employees said they were too busy to get someone to go wipe them and as soon as it slowed down they would take care of it ...... Too busy ??? There was 4 families in the whole place .... Too busy to clean ??? Well we got our meals and I guess no pickle and no onion was to hard to make correctly so I had to return my sandwich. My little son had to use the bathroom so I escorted him to the bathroom...... NO WAY was I gonna let my son use that toilet. We immediately left and could not believe how bad our experience was. Read moreThe burger king experience that I had at this place near foreman mills across McDonald's was the worst- the cashier yelled in the intercom which in matter of fact cause me to move forward thinking she could not hear me so at the window, second window, I asked and payed for fries and hamburgers for me and for my wife, under cooked hamburgers old oily fries been sick cause of them and our treatment at that place prompted me to call burger king going to a month already, still sick, well the customer service lady was anything but nice, she repeated what I told her but she get offended with any bit of truth I told her about my experience telling me I can't say I got horrible service, she cut me short plenty of times, they don't even have a survey at least I didn't get one that day to rate her.
