I'm weighing in on the chicken debate!!! I'm going to say it!! I like Chick-Fil-A better. Do not get me wrong! The chicken sandwiches were very good. They were most definitely better than McDonald's, Wendy's and all of Burger King's sandwiches. My fiance ordered the regular chicken sandwich and I ordered the spicy one. I was kind of sad that there was no pepper jack cheese on mine compared to Chick-Fil-A. The chicken itself was amazing. The rest of the sandwhich (bread, seasoning, condiments, etc) was to be desired. I totally suggest giving them a try but they're not worth hurting people over for sure! Other than that, this location is nice. They prepare the food quickly. The staff was polite to me and my fiance. They were packed with people for the chicken sandwiches but everything still came out cooked well and the staff didn't take any frustrations (if there were any and let's be honest its fast food theres always frustrations) on any of the waiting customers inside. The tables were clean to eat at and it was quiet in the store even though there were a lot of guests! Overall, if you like the food I think it's a good spot to go to for a quick timely bite. I gave it 4 stars due to the food not being my thing. They are heavy on the spice and I feel like the sides to eat with your meals are limited. I do not see any special sandwiches or promotions like Wendy's or McDonalds occasionally offers for different seasons. Read moreHORRIBLE SERVICE!!!! After ordering a 5 piece meal on the app I went in to get the order. I kindly asked the gentleman if he could put more wings in my order because it didn't give me an option on the app to order just wings. He says no they have to put exactly what's on the receipt. I tried getting the attention of another Manager, Kenny to see if he could help me, he first brushed me off and said the first person, Andrew was capable of helping me. But then Kenny and Andrew both proceeded to say the could not do anything. Even when I asked if they can just give me 3 wings instead of the 5 piece i ordered. And both refused and just sat there giving me an attitude as if I wasn't a paying customer. Their lack of professionalism and blatant disrespect for the guest is truly appalling. I will never visit this location again. And when I asked for my order to be cancelled and for a refund I was told I can call customer service for that. When I asked what the phone number was i was directed to a sign on the door. I asked them to give me the number because I couldn't read and they turned the receipt over and said take a picture it's there. And they refused to give me the number. I asked for their district manager but was told they don't have his schedule and couldn't give me any contact information for that individual either. Read moreI had to call their corporate office on the Vineland, N.J establishment. I sat in line for at least 10-12 mins, I placed my order of (2) 5 piece chicken only meals, and 1 gallon of sweet tea, after paying for my order I realized they had only charged me for 1 of the meals; I informed the young lady at the window that I had order 2 chicken meals and I would like to purchase another meal since I didnt receive it. The manager came and I discussed everything with her. I also informed her I had driven from Bridgeton which is a 25 minute drive because their location there was closed, and I needed to get back to feed my son. She informed me that I would need to get back in line in order to place another order. I informed the manager that I was sitting in their line for a long time and it wasn't my fault the young lady took my order incorrectly.The manager repeatedly told me that they are not able to take any orders at the window, and all I could do was get back in their long line. Needless to say I left their establishment unsatisfied. I called their corporate office (within 2 mins after leaving), and filed a complaint along with my name and telephone number so I could be reached, that has been 3 weeks ago, and I am still waiting to be contacted. I guess I will never receive that...
