This has been one of the best experiences I have ever had. We were at another furniture store and the MANAGER was HORRIBLE. We had decided to call it a day and just go home. We ended up stopping by Levi’s just for a quick look and ended up having the most pleasant conversation, with the owner and his manager. When I explained to him the situation he said no worries I will find the exact one for you! Not only did he find the living room and dinning room set for us but he also gave us a discount. If that wasn’t enough he said I want you to see we actual do care about our customers and delivered them to us within an hour. As we are walking out I jokingly said can I have that figurine? He actually gifted it to me. I want to say his sense of humor as well as his perfectionism was amazing. He takes pride in his business as well as his customers. He staff did not fall short either. Read moreMy husband spoke with an employee a few weeks ago about a new bed delivery. It was going to be a Christmas present for our daughter. The employee assured they would come out Christmas Eve and do set up but when my husband showed up to pay the balance he was told (by the same employee) that they couldn't deliver it and that he had it written down that it would be a pickup. One hundred percent false! He assured him a delivery and set-up but then back-tracked once it was time to make good on it; probably just to make a sale. We cancelled the order and my husband is waiting for the refund back to his card. If it doesn't happen in the next few days (2 business days, max) I WILL let everyone know. I usually don't tell people what they should and shouldn't do but just know the business you're dealing with. Buyer beware...
Read moreI was in the store for no more than 3mins. to ask about a bedroom set I had just seen at another store. They offered to compare prices & when they noticed the HUGE difference from what i had on my phone (from the other store) to what they were asking for, he said, "go buy it with them" totally shut me out. Didn't even let me explain that the other store charged a lot in delivery and wanted to know what they would be willing to work out, I left right away. I have NO NEED to leave my hard earned money in a place that's not going to provide quality customer service. Extremely unprofessional! I ended up going to the other store, just received my delivery today, could not be happier! From my experience, I would not recommend this...
