The gall; the audacity; the insolence! Behold, my tale of woe: A friend of mine placed a pre-order at this establishment. I was sent to pick it up. Simple enough, right? Not so fast. I get to the parking lot, observe the mask requirement for the lobby sign (obviously, I put on my mask. I have no problem there). I try to get the door--it is locked. An employee walks out to check the outdoor surroundings and informs me that I cannot enter. I go on to tell her that it is okay seeing as I only have an order that I need to pick up. I ask if I could just pick it up. She denied. I asked if I could tell her the name for her to pick it up. She denied. She instructed me to go through the drive-through which was, at the time, a significantly long line. In a practical way, I explained that I was kinda in a hurry and once more, politely, asked if she could just bring it out (as I knew it was ready). Denied. Frustrated, I go through the drive through. After explaining to the people on headset that I needed to pick up my order (of course after going through the entire line), she tells me just to stay in line. I get to the window. There is no one there (usually not that big of a deal). I see a mysterious bag on the counter outside. Is it mine? Is it for the guy behind me? Is there a name on it? No! There is nothing attached to the bag telling me that it was mine at all. No person, no communication, nothing. I grab the bag and I go. The food? subpar. The service? Immaterial. The employees? Read moreShowed up to pick up an order that was paid for and had a pick up time around 11:30a.m. There was only 2 other people in the store who had already been served. The young lady asked about my order and said she would get right on it. She started boxing the order and another customer came in and sat down. She then quit working on my order and filled his. She then dealt with some lighting maintenance folks who made it clear to her that they had time and she should finish what she was doing before helping them. She said it was no problem and then spent the next 20 minutes ignoring my open box of partially plated food. Asleigh (forgive the spelling) noticing the mounting frustration clearly displayed by the angry frown upon my face, jumped in at 11:56 and asked for the name on my order. She then took all of 45 seconds to bag my order and hand it to me. I thanked her and asked her to inform her absentee management that the other dark haired gal is who earned this one star review. I realize to her young eyes I'm just some old man. Old doesn't automatically bring patience. This behavior and complete lack of customer service is definitely something that I as a buisness owner would not tolerate. Management needs to train their employees better as this young ladies behavior is a direct reflection on the management that has failed to give her proper training..
