Updating to add new experience, I ordered pickup, and I've decided now that a beanies is right across the street we will never be back to this location. I had my husband stop by the drive thru to pick up my mobile order, instead of nicely letting him know he got yelled at and berated for "holding up the line" because he didn't stop at the box, even though he had no idea he needed to. It maybe took 2 minutes longer than normal for them to take the peoples order in the cars behind him, and I'm just honestly so over this location. The only thing they had going for them was their customer service and apparently they don't even have that anymore. . . . This starbucks location is probably the MOST frustrating. The customer service is always great hence the 2 stars... However they ALWAYS get my order wrong. Doesnt matter if I order on the app, go in or go through drive thru.. I have to take my drink back EVERY time. Either because i paid for something extra they didnt give me. They give me the completely wrong drink or they make my drink iced when I ordered it hot. Etc etc. I live really close and generally enjoy starbucks a lot but im so annoyed with having to go back and waste time getting my order fixed. For reference. This has happened MORE than 5 times. I order.. Its messed up. I take it back ... Get the right order. Give it a week hoping its better.. But I think the frustration has actually turned me away from starbucks in general and id rather find a different coffee spot all...
Read moreWe come to this Starbucks location all the time. They're typically really good, however, almost every time our drinks are made incorrectly or they taste really bad - they're made by this one specific male worker. When I call about the issue, they're always super nice and willing to fix it. However, when you go back to get your drink fixed, the male worker who messed up on the order the first time ALWAYS makes snide remarks when handing us our drinks such as, "here's your new drink I made correctly the first time." When we get the new drink, you can tell it's different by the color and the taste. He's very rude and defensive anytime he makes a mistake. Without fail, he ALWAYS comments on how he doesn't make mistakes and always makes drinks correctly. If this was the case, we wouldn't have to go all the way back to this location to get the issue resolved. I love Starbucks and I've never had an issue anywhere else. I'm just getting REALLY frustrated because this has happened way too often. It's specifically this one worker, everyone else...
Read moreI’m not one to normally leave reviews, but my experience today was something I wanted to share.
I live nearby and have been coming to this Starbucks when I go on my runs, and every time I’ve been here it’s been fantastic. The staff are very friendly and I have never had my drink be incorrect (and let me tell you, I can be extra with my drink orders and modifications.) and not to mention the chairs are SUPER cozy.
Today I went in to get something to have since I’ve had a migraine and have been feeling terrible all day. They were understaffed because of the weather but they made sure my order was taken care of in a quick manner, and Jordan even brought my food and drink out to me in my chair. It’s such a small gesture, but I’ve been having the worst day and the fact that they are probably stressed as well and she went OUT OF HER WAY to make me feel comfortable made me feel so much better.
