As I stepped into this Chipotle, an ominous chill immediately enveloped me, hinting at a dark, demonic presence at work. In my mind’s eye, I witnessed a chilling scene: a satanic Ouija board ritual where Satan, alongside Cain, summoned the demon Zozo to wreak havoc upon this wretched establishment. The demonic energy was palpable, seeping into every corner of this cursed place. Shaking off the terrifying vision, I reluctantly approached the counter, bracing myself for the meal that awaited. What I encountered next was nothing short of a culinary horror show. There, laid out before me, was a bowl of guacamole that defied all reason. It was a revolting shade of dark brown, resembling nothing less than the contents of a dirty diaper mixed with the detritus of a failed exorcism. The sight alone was enough to induce nausea, making it clear that this was no ordinary guacamole but rather a concoction born from the depths of hell. The portion sizes are so abysmally small that even a toddler would recoil in disbelief. I was given a mere five pitiful pieces of meat, each one drier than the Sahara and devoid of any semblance of flavor. Read moreI placed an online order for pickup for my husband to grab. When he got home, I opened it and saw it was barely filled and missing some of the items I asked for in the order. Luckily we don’t live far and I drove back to have it fixed.
When I explained the situation at the window, a second employee came up and seemed confused of what I wanted and asked if I was asking for it to be filled more or what?… I’m sure she had the situation explained to her by the first employee I spoke to. I felt like she didn’t believe me that I received my order wrong and the bowl hardly filled which is why she asked me that question. This was frustrating, because I had clearly paid for a full order and it clearly was not touched (I attached a picture). I don’t expect to spend $11 for just a small handful of food.

Read moreMy Sister ordered for herself and her two boys and for me and my kids. We picked up the order and took it home. When we started handing out the food, our orders were very inaccurate! First off, both of her boys meals were missing the meat! The main part of their meals! Then her meal and my meal was missing the guacamole, pico, corn, cheese, and sour cream! We tried contacting the restaurant, and we were directed to an automated message system. When we reported the problem with our order, the only thing they offered was a free chips and guacamole on her account. The system didn’t even give an option to be reimbursed. We would have gone back, but we were very short on time. We ordered this meal in advance and expect to pick it up without errors. We have ordered from other locations without errors before, we will definitely not go back to this location again. And if you do, I recommend checking your order very carefully...
