If I could give 0 stars I would. The refrigerator we were brought originally stopped working within 4 month. The replacement we were brought after 3 days of being told they would be here at a certain time and never showed was dirty, full of roaches and Vince the owner called me a liar and a jackass over the phone when I called asking why they hadn't showed up again after we were told they would be. He had no knowledge that we were told that a replacement would be provided. We lost several hundred dollars of groceries and will now have to get an exterminator to make sure none of the roaches got into the house. Save yourselves many many issues and avoid this place...

If I could give this guy a minus 5 I would , he is so disorganized that I tried for days to make a payment it's ridiculous that for the last 2 months I've called to make a payment and he tells you you owe nothing than a few days later threatening legal action ,I would strongly recommend that you do not shop here , rud e and , disorganized...

I like Jacob's ok. However, I asked for a stereo receiver that was 199.99 and free shipping from Ebay. Vince got it for me. But he jacked the total cost of this item to 599.99.
