I live way out in the country with lots of trees surrounding my property. It's not easy finding an internet that will work. Wasn't happy with Viasat so a friend recommended The Junction and I can say without a doubt it was the best decision I've made in awhile. They will go out of there way to make sure you get the best reception and if it's not what they claimed it would be then you are no longer held to the agreement and they will refund you. You can use your own Wifi router and your not limited to how many items you are using with the Wifi like with Viasat. This is the only company I found that has a 1 yr. contract, most want 2 yrs. Prices are very reasonable and the customer service is awesome! I ended up needing to put the satellite up on a pole to have good reception. The 2 guys that came out did an awesome job in the middle of scorching heat and got the router and cables hooked up inside, then explained everything in detail. It has worked great until just recently, my connection was having problems and the internet was very slow. I thought it was because of the 4 WiFi security cameras I had just put up? I called to bump my package up to the next tier and was told the new tower I was using was having problems and they were working on it, and to wait and see if the problem was solved afterwards. Now, most Co. would have taken the bite and immediately moved your package up to the more expensive one, but they were honest and sincere about the problem which by the way was solved quickly and I stayed at the lower price I started with. At this time it was discussed I met the requirements of my contract and no penalties would be charged. Fast forward two months, I called today to see what the current status of my credit that was to be refunded. The first lady I spoke with , asked me to hold and returned to tell me that the account was closed and they can't issue a refund because the account was closed. So I asked for clarification, I repeated back to her what she had said to me. At which point I walked to hold again. Another lady came on the phone, answering hello, as if she knew nothing of what was going on. I said, ues I was told you would know more about my refund. She then tired to tell me I had breached my contract. I told her of the phone call before I cancled my service. She then asked me to hold, she came back on to say, I did find your contract but because the account was closed I have no way to issue you a refund from that account.
Aside from the actual product I never had an problems with the company ie tech support, accounting and customer service. But this treatment is not what I expected at all. To be treated like this because I closed my account and wanted a refund for credit I had paid. Definitely brought the true nature of this business to light. Integrity isn't ever for sale, all though you sold it for a couple hundred bucks. You should do better junction, your hometown small business. That is supported by members of our community.

Ā Ā Ā Read moreWe have been Junction customers 15 years more or less now and they have been nothing but spectacular with customers service advice and updates and upgrades. We live out of the Vinita area in the country where we have only lost our service for a couple of minutes at a time regardless of storms, Weather ,or wind. When we do call we always are received with politeness courtesy customers service being the priority . It would seem to me that this Internet company has the accountability, the integrity and the work ethics that you should be looking into when it comes to selecting an Internet company . We run 5 tvās , 2 computers,7 phones counting our business and home, 9 tablets, 4 watches, and we our subscribers to their best services . just to give you an idea of what we are running we also have a commercial router which we took care of ourselves, but as far as the Internet goes and service to the house, Junction is in the top one or two in our area if not the best
