Response to owner...Show you what I mean? I drove all the way there and was blown off and treated rudely? What more can you show me? I bought a car from Roberts. They acted like they wanted my business. You and your salespeople just sat there on your cell phones in your office. I never leave bad reviews. This is really my first one. I saw a car listed at hometown this weekend and decided I wanted to buy it. I got there it looked closed but the sign said open. The lot is kind of a mess. Walked around the lot for 15 minutes and managed to find the Chargers. Store was open and I seemed to be the only customer there on the lot. No one came to say hello or answer my questions. I walk in no one was by the door. I said hello. The salepeople at their desks with no customers said hi and went right back to their cell phones. Literally staring at their phones. Not typing or talking. The manager was in the office very relaxed like he was at home on a lazyboy, on his cell phone, and wouldn't even look up at me both times I walked by. I've worked hard my whole life. Maybe I didn't look like somone they wanted to help? My charger has seen better days but I don't think they even saw it. No reason to blow me off!! I used the bathroom came back out and still everyone was on their phones. I guess I could have asked and begged for some kind of service or attention. I really think it was for the best because I can't imagine what the after the sale service would have been like. So in their parking lot I looked online and found another new charger similiar to what I wanted. I then went to Roberts Chrysler in Pryor. I told them about my experience in Vinita. The young man there mentioned he sells the employes at Hometown their vehicles as well becasue the sales department is so bad. I'm still in a state of disbelief. How can they stay in business with that kind of sales department. I guess it worked out becasue I had a great deal and actully had fun with the...
Read more! I would like to make a few points about my experience with Hometown Dodge. I assume you're asking me for my opinion so you can better yourselves. I spent a lot of money on my visit with you. Here they are listed below:.
The contract should have the correct mileage. You advertised the car at 54, 000 and the actual mileage is over 56,000 miles.
The contract should have the correct cost of the car. You advertised it at $ 17,990.00 then charged me $18,000.
The young woman, book keeper, who counted the cash should count large amount of money in front of the customer. I felt very uncomfortable with the money leaving my site and taking it to another location. After 10 to 15 minutes, The business manager, came out of the room told me an incorrect amount. I repeated myself about the amount. Once another 10 to 15 minutes past he shared It was all there. This is unacceptable behavior for professionals.
Since your on line advertising automobiles. You know you have customers coming from other states and long distance. A large company like yourself should provide free drinks and free snacks for your customers. All magazines and books should be removed because of Covid 19. Hand sanitizer should be placed throughout your building to make others feel safe.
In summary, Hometown Dodge employees needs to look at their procedures of receiving large amount of cash. Numerous problems could have occurred if the count was incorrect. I suggest you fill out your contracts with the correct cost of the car and mileage. After driving over two hour to get to your location I would of appreciated a free snack with my drink.
I hope I'm helpful for your future customers and they give you all stars for...

Found a Ford Ranger online. Spoke with a pleasant salesperson and explained I live out of state but would be willing to put a deposit on the vehicle. This was agreed upon and excepted. Due to the pandemic the ability to travel was limited and difficult. I am 5 states away.
I called repeatedly to keep the dealership appraised of the situation. When I attempted to reach the sales contact she was no longer with the dealership. The other contacts I was given were difficult to reach. I was reassured “ no problem regarding a timeframe to pick up the truck”.
Imagine our surprise to see the vehicle back on the website. (Listed are double the price I had been offered when I left the deposit) My daughter called in and was told it had been sold .
Many calls to get info and ultimately our deposit back.
Told to speak with a manager, Tabor. This person left rude messages and was unwilling to offer the name of the dealership’s owner ( James Ratcliff). I relayed we would be contacting the Better Business Bureau. This is NOT the way to deal fairly with customers and potential customers.
In the midst of a public health crisis a business should not sell a car out from a buyer that already put a deposit down.
Ironically we chose this dealership based on their decent customer service...
