Tanya ordered the wrong colors for my hair. I'm bright like a neon sign. When I said from the very beginning I didn't want to look like a clown. Colors don't match pictures I sent her at all. Never said I wanted bright colors. I wanted a blood red and a burnt orange. And received a neon pink red and a washed out orange. I let her know, she says her colors match my photos. And is wanting to charge me to put darker colors on it. Not happy . Not what I ordered. She was also very rough with my hair. I absolutely appreciated the lady who cut my hair and waxed my eyebrows. Not only was she super helpful and patient but I also had both my boys with me. One was an absolute feral toddler that kept causing distractions. She was very patient and did not make me feel uncomfortable. I really appreciate her time! As a mom who hasn't had much self care with with two under two, this was a much needed service before going back to work from my pregnancy leave.
