I needed a lower control arm bushing they spent ten minutes looking on computer then asked me if it was the right bushing I had to find the right one and then they said they don't have it and they can't get it. I went to leave then thought about how it said on the computer the specs about the bushing that I needed so I went back in and asked if they could get me the right bushing based on the specs. It doesn't need to be for any specific vehicle as long as it's the same specs. You'd think that they would know to do something like that so then they looked up bushings with the same specs cost me twenty dollars for one bushing that I could pick up in a week. After paying and leaving I realized I could get way better deal online which after looking I can get the whole set of bushings online for the price of one from O'Reilly so I turned around and went back and they said that they could return me the price of the bushing which was only $8 but the other $12 was non-refundable because it was for shipping the bushing. Like they really can't cancel the order after only 10 minutes? The store is scandals. Way overpriced and don't know what they're doing....

I threw a belt on the toll road and was forced to stop at this location. The staff was unbelievably helpful. They went out of their way to find me a belt that would fit the vehicle even though it was not listed in their computer and it was closing time. I can't tell you how much relief and happiness they gave me. This allowed me to make my business meeting the next morning which I would have otherwise had to cancel. They stayed past closing time to make sure I was okay. If I owned this corporation, I would be proud of this store and put it forward as a shining example of how helpful and productive a store can be. Driving half way across the country, three hours from my destination, weird noises were coming from my car. I have my car serviced regularly, but something was clearly wrong. I was relieved to find O’Reilly’s Auto Parts. Mark did not disappoint! My desperate “yes, please, I hope you can help me.” response to his polite “How can I help you?” May have been too much for anyone else. He was incredibly patient as I blathered on about knowing nothing about my car but needing to get to my elderly and ailing father. Mark not only helped trouble shoot the odd noise, taught me a bit about my car while putting in FIVE quarts of oil, and gave me a delightful history lesson of Venita, OK. His burger recommendation was spot on...
