Dollar General — Local services in Vinton

I went to get diapers for my son knowing that the other dollar general sells the same $1 pack of diapers. I was told they were closed. It was 6pm and online it said they didn’t close until 10pm and the other dollar general in Urbana was still open and sold the same diapers. I was told they didn’t sell them anymore and they closed at 6pm???!! What!! Who closes their store at 6pm. I need diapers for a 2 year old and a baby boy and everything is already so expensive I can’t even afford gas to get to the other dollar general… I hope this changes because I love the new dollar general I just wish they would let me in and be considerate the lights were on and people were inside I just need...

They always seem to have what I need, or, am looking for & it's affordable & if I can't find something one of the clerks will go find it for me. They are also very good about lending a helping hand, I broke my foot in 4 places & my ankle, painful to walk on, I went in the store they seen my boot & could tell I was in pain, one of the clerks asked me what I was there for, I told her & she told me to stay put & she went and got everything I had named off & asked me if that was all & could she help me with anything else, I told her I thout she had done enough for me, Thanked her then checked out telling the cashier that they should do whatever to...

I don't go in here any more after the clerk started to shout at me when I tried to use the DG phone application. Not a huge loss as there is nothing here you can't get cheaper and with better quality. I am so hoping we would get a Family Dollar store: they are usually very polite and have Duke's mayonnaise.
