We were referred to ACE Handyman Services by our realtor to get some work done on the house before we list. We had a great experience. Michelle and Mark were great to work with. They were efficient with the quotes and coordinating with the timing. The price is fair. Mark did an awesome job! Besides his job well done on the projects. He's actually the first and ONLY contractor so far that I didn't have to ask to wear shoes covering upon entering our home which was a huge thing for me! I observed him putting them on and removing accordinly when going in and out of the home, that alone I greatly appreciate as it shows the respect he has for our home. He has a great personality and always smiling and laughing. Thanks Mark for helping us out with our mini projects! Thank you, Michelle for coordinating and making this work to meet our deadlines. We will definitely be using your services again if needed in the future.

Wife Dana contacted Ace Handyman (Pickerington) to clean and recaulk a shower. She worked with Michelle and scheduled a 2 - 6 hour service. Michelle recommended that we make a list of any other task to complete while on site. When Mark arrived @ 9 am on Friday morning we reviewed the list of things to do, and he got started. The list included clean and caulk two showers with doors and one bath tube shower. Also clean and caulk around one soaking tub in the OnSuite. Mark took care of those quickly and efficiently. Mark has over 20 years of experience and is at the Master's Level for these tasks. He moved on to install a ceiling fan at an existing ceiling fan rough in the OnSuite (vaulted ceiling) as well as replacing the existing light fixture over the kitchen table. Again well done! We provided the fan and light fixtures. He also recaulked all sinks in the areas he was working. And on the way out, he adjusted the closing cylinder on the screen door. We were billed for five hours (9 am - 2 pm) at a flat hourly rate. Ace is not the low cost provider, but Mark did excellent work. I have a "low cost provider" deck if you want to see how that turned out. It is made of Trex and other polymer finishes. It is one year old and already needs reattachment work on the polymers and other repairs. Ace Handyman and Mark have been added to my "Approved Supplier List" for home repairs. This is our first time to use Ace Handyman in our home. I’ve used them several times in our customers homes. You call. A person answers or gets back to you quickly if you must leave a message. Our quote was performed virtually. Easy peesy. I took a few photos and explained what I wanted. I had an estimate in a timely manner. We were not in a big hurry, but scheduling was easy. Two texts. When the craftsman was on the way I was notified by text. Eric arrived on time. Introduced himself and handed me a business card. I signed the estimate and he went to work. Almost six hours later he had finished, cleaned up really well, accepted our payment (about 8% less than the estimate) and was on his way. Full disclosure - I know the owner through our chamber of commerce activities. I’ve spoken with his office staff several times. I’ve met and seen around 5-6 of the Ace Handyman craftsman. Pleasant.
