FiiZ Drinks — Local services in Violet Township

Drinks and food are always good. Every time I've been here the service was great! Unfortunately this time it was not! And service, in my opinion makes the visit good or bad regardless of quality! We went inside to order as we had a larger group and didn't want to hold up that drive thru line. We waited a good 10 minutes before anyone approached us for our order. It was observed a woman asking another employee who was waiting to clock in if she could clock in early and the staff did not, finally after about 5 minutes the staff did clock in but seemed less than thrilled to do so! I recently discovered this fantastic dirty soda place and absolutely love it! Even though I am not usually into flavored sodas, this spot won me over. The Razzbear and The Fiiz drinks are both super good. I combined the two by getting the Razzbear with whip (my go to order now). The atmosphere is welcoming, and the staff is super friendly and helpful. There are no other dirty soda places in Ohio so I had a lot of questions, but the staff was fantastic at recommending drinks. They even have a convenient drive-thu, which makes it easy to grab my favorites on the go. Plus, the owner is often there, which adds a nice personal touch. Our friends has wanted us to try fiiz for months now because she loves it - she drives 40 minutes multiple times a week for it. We finally tried it today and what we ordered was good, however one in our group accidentally knocked over a drink that was handed to us on the counter - we offered and cleaned up the large mess it made. And the owner working did not even offer to remake our drink, we understand accidents happen but we were shocked that a brand new $4 drink wasn't offered to be replaced.
