We had the worst experience. We moved into our house and had issues with the washer and bathtub backing up within a week. They came out and looked at our septic tank and said the drain pipe to the septic tank needed to be jetted. A couple of guys came out the next day and jetted the pipe and said they finished the job in about 10 minutes. One week later, our bathtub was backing up worse than ever. I called them and was told they couldn’t come out for five days, as my bathtub was nearly overflowing with water. I was also told that their work is NOT guaranteed, and I would not be getting my money back. Today, we had another company come out immediately, and they actually cleared the clog in our drain pipe, which took over two hours, and their work IS guaranteed. This company happily took our money when they knew the problem wasn’t fixed and didn’t even care enough to come out to help us after they made the problem worse.
