So, only one worker doing the work, while the rest of them laughed and messed around. How sad for him! This 10/10 is for him only!!! I came in on 8/21/2022 at 6:00 roughly. There was only one group in line ahead of me (a man and his young daughter.) I ended up waiting for them to get through the line for about 15 minutes. There were a ton of workers, so not short anyone, in my opinion. Yet, only ONE PERSON was doing ALL of the work, a younger black man. I'm making this distinction because he alone deserves to be rewarded, just him! The rest of them were laughing, giggling, or standing around just not doing anything. They had 3 young girls trying to make 3 quesadilla's, and only 1 person on the actual line. Out of steak and full ingredients otherwise so the cook guys just stood there doing nothing. Not trying to step in or help on the line. It doesn't take 3 girls to make a few quesadilla's. They were out of steak and this young man was very overwhelmed and you could see it on his face. I told him he was doing a good job and not to worry about having to change up my order. Multiple times he yelled to put in more food items on the grill etc. as they should do in Chipotle, usually do, but nobody did anything to help him. Again, I would give solely this young man a 10/10 and whoever raised him did a good job! Work isn't time to socialize with your girl friends or to stand around looking lost. Don’t order extra meat or anything else extra because I can guarantee you’re not getting it. If you do order extra, expect to waste your money and only get 2 pieces of meat. Also BEWARE the computer automated customer service as my Chipotle account was HACKED after talking to the “chat with us” customer service option and my debit card was charged over 200 bucks in Chipotle. It’s impossible to speak to a real person and get this issue resolved. I can’t even use my items that were replaced for me now because my accounts hacked. This company has become such a joke. This location just opened up a few months ago and it’s already so disgusting. This is so ridiculous. You charge so much money for the food and extra items, I expect it to be there. Protect your customers privacy through your website and apps. Read moreOrdered online for pickup at 8:50 on a quieter Thursday. They did not appear busy. Got there at 9, was told they hadn't made it yet and give them 10 minutes. OK, no problem, ran over to Meijer to grab a few things. Came back at 920 and was told they made it but weren't sure what happened to it, give them 10 more minutes. Went back at 935 and was told they forgot to make it but will start to make it. Picked it up at nearly 10, over an hour later and on the 4th trip through the drive thru, and the order was wrong. Gave up at that point because it was so late. This was an order of 5 different bowls/burritos/quesadillas, and large chips and guac. Not sure how they "lost" a bag that big and what took them over an hour and 4 attempts to make it. I had to give them my name every single time. Like I've gone through 4 times in 35 minutes asking about the same order. How dense are they? $60 for this?
