Do NOT come to this Subway, and that's coming from someone with low standards.
I ordered pickup and was already nearby so I sat down to wait until it was closer to pickup time. During this 20 minutes, the 2 girls working stayed in the back the entire time chatting with the employee door open. At one point they saw me and shut the door instead of trying to do their job.
Multiple people came to seek service and left since nobody would come to the front.
At pickup time, nobody had even begun to make my order so I got their attention and they said they didn't have any bread, and I guess didn't bother to tell me or cancel the order beforehand. I asked for my money back since they couldn't complete my order and they said I'd have to call corporate.
In the end, they sent me to a DIFFERENT subway to do the work for them.

Read moreI visited this Subway in the Meijer store Tuesday March 8th 2023 the ladies that waited on me Ashleigh and her mother Jen very nice ladies I had coupons but they said they're not busy enough to take the coupons but they would take it anyway service was good and the sandwich was good. I'm just disappointed that none of the subways even take the the coupons why even mail them out to customers . Half of the subways don't even honor them it's totally ridiculous. These ladies were very cordial though and I felt like I had a very good experience. Someone from the Hill road Subway in Pickerington Ohio told me they only send the coupons out three times a year but that's not true I get them just about every month I really don't eat at Subway very much probably twice a year. EVERYTIME I order the server either A) rings up my food with the gloves on (while sub in toaster), then TRIES to continue onto the toppings with the same dirty register/money gloves on or B) takes them off holding them in their hand while ringing up and then puts the same dirty balled up gloves back on. I ALWAYS have to ask them to switch out their gloves. How hard is it to switch out gloves anyways? Should be standard. The employees are always disengaged.
