I’ve been coming to this location since it first opened and tonight was the last time I’ll be giving them my service. It’s got worse and worse every month. The female with red hair and tattoos all over her hands that works drive thru is BEYOND rude as hell and should never work customer service, it blows my mind that she honestly is employed! Every time I go by around 10-10:30pm, they are magically out of everything or “can’t do anything fried.”… tonight I ordered 1 items and I didn’t think it looked correct and I went in and some middle aged black male who stated he was “the manager” said that my order was right because he was the one just made it”. He didn’t even offer to look or apologize that I felt that way, he came off rude and careless just like the rest of the staff. As someone who works law enforcement, you would think people would be a little more respectful and act professionally during an issue with a customer but NOBODY in that store seems to give a damn whatsoever. I’ve never left a restaurant as upset as I was this evening.
Idk who the owner of this location is but PLEASE go through your employees and get them properly trained and also how to act professionally with customers! I literally would stop here after work almost every other night and now after tonight’s experience, you’ve lost a dedicated & loyal customer because your staff is a joke and can’t act professional It’s beyond ridiculous!! If anyone does read this, do yourself a favor and go to ANY OTHER location and save yourself the hassle.
TO THE OWNER OF THIS LOCATION: I have also reached out to corporate office of Taco Bell and have reported this location regarding the repeated unprofessionalism and how rude your staff is with customers. There’s...
Read moreI will never come back to this location. I went through the drive thru, they were not busy. I had a big order for my large family. When I got to the window, I apologized for the big order and the lady at the window was very nice and unbothered, I even said to pass my apology to the workers in the back. While waiting for our food, the manager came to the window and tried to reprimand me for coming thru the drive thru with such a big order and told me next time to come inside, I have never had anyone tell me to come in if you have a big order. He said that it was cause it would hold up the line, there was no one behind us the entire time we were waiting. He was obviously very upset and frustrated with me, the whole time he was spitting while he was talking, thank goodness I was far enough away. He could be heard yelling and complaining about the 30 piece order at the window. I was nice and agreeable until I got my food, I didn't want him to retaliate and mess with our food. I even offered to move out of the line to wait for our food. He said it didn't matter cause they still had to make our food and that would hold up the line. On top of all of the disrespectful behavior from the manager of this store, I was shorted the main part of my meal. To be clear, the manager is the only one I had an issue with, all the other employees were very nice. I spent $73 at a Taco Bell and he was so ungrateful for our business. I will never return and I will tell everyone I know to not go here because of this manager. I feel so bad for anyone who has to work with him, he is not fit to be a manager if he can't handle the stress of...
Read moreThank you for the wet, greasy, inedible garbage that I waited at the drive-through window eight minutes for that was obviously put in the microwave. Never go here. Multiple times this location has forgotten to put items in the bag at the drive-through window. I didn’t check until I got home. My mistake? No, not my mistake. The mistake of the people working at Taco Bell. They are constantly out of items. The girl working the mic on the drive-through told me certain items were not available even though I ordered them last week. She said they were not on the menu yet, even though they are clearly on the drive-through menu. Once I got to the window she started to explain why they weren’t available and I told her it was fine it, didn’t matter. A couple of minutes later, a gentleman opened the window and asked me, in a threatening manner “What’s up bro”. I told him nothing, and he walked away. Then a different gentlemen who gave me the bag of food tonight told me they are out of items because they like to turn the fryers off. Then the bag ripped when I picked it up to get out of my vehicle. Luckily, it all fell into the vehicle and not on the driveway. That’s because the bottom was soaked in grease. I took one bite of the food and threw it in the trash because it was edible and absolutely disgusting. I will never go to this location ever again, and I suggest everyone...
