Jewelry Plus Ltd. — Local services in Virginia Beach

It’s nothing personal, but it’s just really frustrating. I have to keep waiting weeks after weeks. I dropped off a gold Invicta for repair at the beginning of April i was told that the task should be completed within the next week or so with that knowledge 2 1/2 weeks later, I returned to the store and apparently it still wasn’t ready. Then I was told that I will receive a phone call upon completion in total, it has been approximately almost 4 weeks I have still yet to receive a phone call or text message or any notification and I go on deployment in three days and now I’m worried I might not even have a chance to collect my watch that I paid good money for is as if I’ve been completely forgotten and I have given the store multiple phone calls with no answer. Its just not fair for the customer to be constantly left...

I got married July 22, 2017, the previous day July 21, 2017, I was frantically searching for someone/business to engrave a watch that I purchased for my husband to be, during my search I located Jewelry Plus and their five star rating, I immediately called, spoke with the owner, he assured me that he could engrave it and I could get it back with in an hour. I walked in a gentleman(owner) was smiling, great personality, the shop was beautifully decorated, started a conversation with me as though we were long time friends. He engraved my watch, it turned out beautiful!!! I would recommend this business over and over and again I received five star treatment...

There is nowhere else to go for quality service, best prices, and fast turnaround time! I brought my rings in for sizing and not only was their sizing price WAY lower than everywhere else I looked, he even offered up less costly options. On top of that, I had recently went into a big-name jeweler in the mall to request that by yellow-gold ring be dipped to white and they said they don’t do it anymore 😞 Before that I was quoted over $200 to do it. Not only did Jewelry Plus dip it but they did it for a fraction of the cost! And the best part?!?! It took less than a week for the sizing AND the dipping! I will never go anywhere else! Super...
