We are relatively new customers to Sleepy Hollow Chevy Buick GMC in Viroqua, Wisconsin. Our relationship began in June with a visit to the Service Department to service our Chevy Equinox. I called before traveling to Viroqua and spoke with Jon, who took my information over the phone to have me in the system when I arrived. Jon ended up being our Service Advisor and delivered excellent customer service.
During another routine service visit in September to service our Chevy Equinox, Spanky (he and his wife, Michelle own Sleepy Hollow) took me on a tour of the dealership and showed me the Service Department, Body Shop and even the Accessories Center.
We also had our Buick Envision Avenir serviced at Sleepy Hollow in September and thatās when we met Jacob, a Sales Consultant at Sleepy Hollow. On Monday, we took delivery on a new Chevy Equinox RS and a new Buick Envision Avenir. We appreciated Jacobās enthusiasm and commitment to meeting our needs. Our sincere thanks for his hard work and we wish him continued success as a Sleepy Hollow Sales Consultant.
On Wednesday, we returned to Sleepy Hollow to pick up some floor liners that we had ordered and were greeted by a smile and a wave from Steve in the Accessories Center and Spanky who stopped to say āhiā and to take a look at our new Equinox as he was walking through the Service Department. We have been impressed with everyone we have interacted with at Sleepy Hollow. Our overall experience has been excellent. Sleepy Hollow offers all the services of a big city dealership, but delivers those services with a friendly small town approach that makes us feel welcomed, valued and appreciated.
If anyone is in the market for a new or pre-owned vehicle, service, body work or parts, we have every confidence that the committed team at Sleepy Hollow will work hard to meet or exceed...
Ā Ā Ā Read moreWe were starting our search for a new Mini Van, not hard core hunting but "soft hunting" we happened to be going up to the Viroqua area on a Sunday from where we live, in La Crosse to pick something up, we happened to see a minivan in the lot we pulled in to look and it had looked like it was just traded in, it had everything we were looking for. We called on Monday to find out yes it was just traded in, but someone else also had the same idea and had first "dibs" on it, after the inspection. We understood and waited, and so it happened about 3 weeks later we get a call that the people did not end up looking at it. We were excited and drove up to test drive it and check it out. We were able to take it home that day. Unfortunately a couple weeks later the blind spot assist stopped working dissappointed we looked pass that. then one of the electric sliding doors started to malfunction some times, so we called and were told just use it manually and we bought it as is... that was not the king of after service we were hoping to get. Then a week or so later we had some brake grinding sounds, and with the attitude that we received when we talked to the dealership previously, we took it to a different mechanic, that showed us the rotors and we had to replace the the brakes and rotors not something we wanted to replace on a recently purchased vehicle! Now a couple months from purchasing the van our back hatch mechanics have failed and now the hatch won't stay up!!! so now we will have to fork over some more money to get that fixed!!! This is dissappointing to have all these failures in a recently purchased vehicle used or not, and all this after a supposed vehicle inspection, combine this with the lack of after purchase customer service. I don't think I will be going back to Sleepy Hollow, or recommending...
Ā Ā Ā Read moreWhen we initially went to sleepy hallow to look at the vehicle I currently own, we were outside looking at it for 45 minutes and no one came out to see if weād like to test drive or give us any information on the vehicle. We went inside and waited another 15 minutes for help. We then decided we wanted the vehicle so we came back the next day, after they had already pre-approved me, with the down payment. Once we had my vehicle and I was driving it home, my front passenger side tire almost fell off. When we checked the lug nuts you could move them by hand with no force. The wrench in my vehicle didnāt fit the lug nuts on my tires. So we called them and they said theyād send someone to come tow our vehicle and fix the problem. It took them 3 hours to come get my car while we were waiting for them. Then they tried to tell us my lug nuts were tight, which was completely false. I needed my vehicle to get to work so we called them telling them we needed it by Monday. When it arrived the guys who drove my car left mud all over the inside of it. We were promised a gas card and sweat shirts for what happened and they never arrived. It took almost a month and a half for my registration to show up. There was a lot of stress and complications from...
