Years ago while waiting tables at a local restaurant, I had the pleasure of serving the Browns. During this experience, I was blown away by their authenticity, compassion, and clear love for each other AND what they do. They took care of me that day like I was family, and their kindness didn’t end there. The Browns swung back by the restaurant to share a book with me… This book was delivered with the intention of providing my mom with a natural alternative for healing from a diagnosis. Unfortunately, I lost my mom a few years back; but I hold that book and the Brown’s story of resilience and hope near to my heart. Not only did the thought of their kindness bring me joy, but it made me think of my mom. I remember giving my partner their card and telling him if he decided to make a custom ring one day, I’d like him to go to Brown’s.

Fast forward to now, my fiancé and I recently got engaged. I am the proud wearer of a custom engagement ring from Brown’s (that my fiancé successfully hid from me for TWO YEARS!!). My engagement ring is the ring of my dreams. Mr. Brown worked side by side with my partner and sister to make it happen. He provided clear and thoughtful advice on what the ring needed structurally, while still capturing the look we had in mind. Mr. Brown was able to ethically source a beautiful diamond that has our names lasered into it! I didn’t even know you could do that! I didn’t get to show my mom the ring, but I still smile and think about her every time I look at my hand.

This review is long overdue but my partner and I are truly grateful we ran into Browns Custom Jewelry. After dealing with multiple big chain jewelers in town who provided very low-quality work and poor craftsmanship, we decided to work with Brown's. That was the best decision we could have made. They were able to take the complete mess of our original engagement ring and turn it into our dream ring: in a timely manner AND at the best price compared to these other big chain stores. This company is going to give you true custom jewelry, handcrafted, with amazing attention to detail. They gave us great guidance while remaining true to what we wanted. Wade and Candice, (Owners) are just about the nicest of people you will ever have the privilege of meeting. I came to the shop because my brother highly recommended them, and they're not too far from where I live. The sign on the door recommends appointments, but Wade and Candice love to take walk-ins! I was very specific in what I was looking for and Wade knocked it out of the park! Wade showed me a great selection of diamonds, although I didn't choose any of them at first. Wade personally called to tell me he found the diamond for me. Wade went above and beyond picking a diamond that was PERFECT! This ring was 100% made to order, and Wade's designs will blow you away.
